TransAmerica mortgage was the 1st mort. Holder and sold to fairbanks after directing me to send pymt. To bougous address fairbank and previous holder both demanded arrearage resulting in my bankr

TransAmerica mortgage Co. Directed me to send there payment to an address in pheonix az. I did this for 5 month then they demanded pay balance or they would forclose. I tried to resolve this with copies of money order reciepts they didn't honor they claim the letter of direction was not theirs and that they had no affliation with anyone at the address i call they address in pheonix and made a complaint the 800 # was no longer in operation. I then filed ch. 13 to save my home. Weeks later i get a letter saying my loan had been sold to fairbank that to continue sending the payments to transamerica until i recieve info from fairbank that all my payments would be forwarded to fairbank. I would like to here from anyone that has an experience with transamerica mortgage and know if TransAmerica and Fairbank are the same company
