Ripped Off

I purchased my home almost 1 year ago. I was rushed into signing closing papers. (We were tearing down an old house to clear a lot for the new house.) We were assured that there would be no problem, we could simply contact them when the pad was clear and level to deliver the house. However, not even a week after signing the papers, we started getting harassing phone calls saying that they need to deliver the home and get it off the lot ASAP.

We live in Oklahoma and were hit by the aftermath of the huricane. My town had received 10 inches of rain and they were wanting to bring the house out two days later. This was impossible. But they continued to harass us. We were also told we didn't need cement runners, but the house would be more stable on steel pads. These steel pads are plastic!

Before our first payment we were already receiving harassing phone calls about the payment, before it was even late. They were extremely rude about it when I explained that the payment was in the mail.

After that I started paying my payment online before or on the 1st. This stopped the calls, but this month I received a letter telling me that my payment was increasing almost $100. Per month. I can't afford this. So I tried calling the number on the paper to talk to them about the increase, but all I got was a machine.

As of right now all I know is that the increase has something to do with escrow. And that I was supposed to have a locked/fixed rate. I don't want to damage my credit, but I can't afford this. What else can I do besides letting them repo or come get the house?

If anyone knows some helpful advise on how to deal with these people or how to get out of this mess, please share. And good luck to you all, I feel your pain.
