Marauder - CPS Collection Company Rip OFF

Hi:
My name is Crystal. I noticed back in March of this year a collection on my credit report for a Marauder. I had no idea who they were. My husband and I are trying to purchase a home and I did not know who they were to get it taken off.

Well, one day in June a woman that called herself Emily from CPS called me said that I owed $175 to a pay day loan company, and said that they were going to sue me if I did not pay it off. I kept telling her that I did not owe anything to them and that she needed to send me something in writing showing that I owe them. She kept claiming that they had mailed me several letters. Well, I never received any letters. I realized that this was the company on my credit report when we got ready to buy a house. I had taken a few pay day loans several years ago, but paid them off. I figured I must have missed something.
So, I gave her my bank card number and paid them $175. She told me it would go off my credit report next week on Sept 4th.

I just happened to google their name and found all the horrible things about them and how the pay day loan people are now suing them. I am so disgusted because I knew in my heart that I did not owe any pay day company any money. Can you help me get these people and get my money back. Who knows what kind of damage this has done to my credit report? They are obviously still up to the same tricks because I called the lady today just to see if they were still operating and she answered the phone and assured me that the collection would come off my credit report on Sept 4th.

This guy is a bad person and he is using experian to commit fraud.
