Fraud of credit cards

My daughter received a phone call offering a credit card for unsecured credit. Being young and naive she excepted but then called back and asked them to cancel it. Her bank account has been debited for $200.00 several times but she has made no purchases and not received a card. We are working with the bank to see just how many times this has hit her account. These people need to be jailed.
