Unauthorized charges

I has purchased on a trial basis, a month supply of green tea helping in weight loss. I had to only pay for shipping (6.95$) which I did. But, then I get charged another amount and this time it is quite higher: 69.87$ and I haven't bought anything else, was never told I was going to be charge any additional amounts. I have called the number that registered on my credit card for this charge: 866-540-9633) and a woman named Joan told me that if I returned the product I would get a full refund because I threatened her that I would declare this a fraudulent practices, needless to say, I am not a happy camper.
