Sick new born baby and parnets decline service cops kick them out

Me my new born baby an her college dad got homeless we got be had on our rent. We went to the Cooperative Ministry for HELP. It's a place that we just found that help the homeless with everything from head to toe. We went there I told them what happen an how we got helpless. The lady looked me in my eyes an said we can't help you. They just got funds I heard that day. My baby monitor went off her heart had fell. Her dad picked her up an keep her heart come back up while we was doing that the lady got on the phone an called the police somebody there told me that. I said they not doing that an we homeless. I went outside to cry with my baby. The police came up and said they want y'all to leave there place. I said we are homeless they help homeless. He said well they said that they can't help y'all at the time, it's leave the property or get arrested. So we leave. Anyone can help me on this. I no it was wrong but no help here if you are...
