Suing In Small Claims Court, Cash Call is suing individulas in Small Calims Court all over So. Cali

After paying out $3800.00 on a $2000.00 dollar loan, I told them that had enough of my money approx 3 months ago and was not going to settle with them. Today I was served with Small Claims Paperwork to appear Sept 4th in Torrance, CA Courthouse located on Maple Street. The plan is to bring as much incriminating information in on Cash Call as possbile and I welcome the challenge.

MY first guess is that our lousey justice system will find it perfectly ok that Cash Call charge any individual 98% interest on a loan, and rule against me, but if we bring alot of attention to the courthouse then perhaps it can become the spectacle that I hope for... I am also a local producer and plan to have media there so I can explain to the public how they conduct business in California and beyond!!!
