Loan Servicing or lack thereof

This mortgage servicer or absence thereof is horrible. They obtained my mortgage on 7/1/08, committed a RESPA Violation by not notifying me with 15 days as required by law. Alternatively they delivered a pleasant letter dated 7/30/08. They've not published September and Augusts cost. There telphone lines regularly state "we're not able to consider your phone and hang-up you". Their site is deplorable. You can't view your bill background, you CAn't spend online. To include insutlt to damage they didn't spend my property fees as needed under RESPA both. You e-mail them, you receive no reaction. You contact them, they hang-up you.

This Can Be A mother pa procedure that requires to become set right from company.
