Lottery scam at its best! Beware dont be fooled MADRID

I recieved a letter telling me that i won 715,810.00 euros from a lotto company in spain. Having never entered a lotto in spain or anything to that effect, and by the way the letter is constructed i can tell very quickly that its a scam. The one thing about this that bothers me is how the hell did they get my address? Does anyone have any idea how they know this. Thank you for your help
