Charges on my credit card

Costs have already been turning up on my mastercard statement since January I've only found. Our charge card business is Cardmember Services. It is telephone # is 1-877-875-8078. The costs (regular) is 19.95. I simply discovered since it may be the only cost on my bill. I'd like these costs eliminated and acknowledged to my account instantly. I don't need anymore costs put into my mastercard bill.
