Recived my phone bill and a charge for 24.77 was listed by First Rate Voice Service. I never ordered this and have never heard of them. When I called the number provided to ask what they were and why they were on my phone bill, the man that answered the phone did not even know what I was talking about. Website provided was just as shaddy. Reported to Federal authorities who were very interest. They said there were numerous complaints made to Consumer Protect about this very company would I please send mine in.
