Beware! This company tried to collect on a bill that was paid

In my case, this company attempted to collect on a bill already paid.

I ordered several magazines through a school fund raiser and paid for them in full at the time order was placed. 4 months later, I received a notice from North Shore Agency, stating that I owed their client, PCPhoto, $14.97. Duh, I sent them a check.

4 months later, I received the same notice again: "Make no mistake—you cannot make this obligation go away simply by trying to ignore it." No duh this time. I contacted both the fund raising company and PC Photo, who both confirmed that my account had been settled over 8 months ago.
