Ripoff stealing money from my account

I hit hard times and received a message from 200 cash.com out of the blue so i applied for a payday loan. They do not mention a $19 application fee until after they have already debited it from your account. I never received any money from them or any notice of approval/declination. Today i look in my account and they have debited $44. I found a few different emails on their website so i emailed them and got some canned answer back that the $44 is for $19 application fee and $25 for an insufficient funds fee, however the $19 was not insufficient it was paid from my account the first time it was billed. No one answers the phone. So far i have yet to reach a live body.

This is a scam, beware.
