Ripoff took our money received nothing in return

I was sent a letter for a credit card that had a 5,000.00. I was told that if I sent in $49.00 that I would receive speedy processing. I sent it with a money order from the post office, (express mail).

I tracked it down and they received it on 12272. It is now 0133 not very speedy. I just hope that we can get our money back like the 30 day money back garantee said. Ha Ha.
