Ripoff They should pay for what they have done!

My credit needed help, now its shot! They never made payments on time. I have a terrible credit report now due to late payments. I had collectors calling my home. Though I never lost any money with them I lost time (when I had to sit on hold for hours to get one answer) I lost my decent credit and I lost my trust in CCC's! Why no warning that they were going out of buisness? Why would they leave all there accounts high and dry! That is terrible and they should pay! I am tempted to file emotional distress charges in small claims. I would like to be added onto anyone elses case. Feel free to contact me.
