Numerous threatening letters, threats to seize my property assets, they've attempted to freeze my checking acct on two seperate occasions continual letters of threatening demeano

In a previous divorce case my ex spouse was given this debt along with other he filed bankruptcy against all of his marital debt his attorney swore that that debt and debtors could not legally come after me for that debt. Well he lied just like most of them do. I to date have paid off over 33000 of his discharged debt due to the creditors coming back on my credit and on me with threatening letters and freezing my checking account.

This particular creditor has attempted over 4 times to seize my checking account and successful did it twice only to have to put the monies back into the account after I sent proof that all of my deposits are from child support which legally they aren't allowed to freeze or take, however during this ordeal I wasn't able to pay my utilities and got behind in things. Do you think they apologized or made any effort to help correct it? No, I've sent them tons of faxes showing that this and the other debts that were paid off by me on his discharged behalf were court ordered by a circuit judge they didn't care. I wasn't discharged from the debt and now this letter/newest is worded that they will seize any of my personal property of value. How do companies go to sleep at night with this kind of behavior.

I almost wih now that I too had filed bankruptcy, but then I would have lost everything I worked so hard for including my house, but now it seems as though I just might lose it anyway. If this company gets away with this, I really do hop and pray that someone out there can HELP me and QUICKLY before this company ruins my and my children's life. Is there any real justice in this country?
