B.I.G. Is a ripoff and needs to be stopped!

My account is now closed because of them, and I will be sending them what I think is what is left on what I owe of the $200 left. I do agree with report #309997 that they have taken their fair share of the money owed back and then some, and they found out my work phone number, which I never gave them and have been harrassing me at work and when I haven't been at work. Any suggestions on what I need to do from my part to get them to "STOP!"
