On the telephone the lady stated that my credit card would only be charge $1.95 for the CD with all of the infomation that I would need to apply for the grant. This also would give me access to a live person to walk me through the process of completing the application.
The only thing I received was a CD telling me very little about grant writing. There was no application and no other information included with the CD. The phone number that was given stays busy. (1-88-276-8105) I have never been able to contact anyone with this number.
I would like to know what could be done about a company that ripping off individuals credit card.
She also gave me a confirmation number 676457804. None of this information given by the person I sppok with over phone has been helpful.
