Possible fraud

About 24 months before I borrowed a notebook from the cubicle situated in the Riverwalk Mall in Florida. And through non payment the consideration was delivered to a money collector. Our telephone rang nonstop and reluctantly i eventually responded and setup a cost strategy of $700 per month for 4 weeks after which all could be compensated. After which another collector from the title of Complete Quality Team is asking declaring they have the initial hard-copy of my agreement. I'm unsure if I'm experiencing scam or perhaps a glitch within the program. If anybody might help it'd be greatly appreciated.
