Yes, these people are crooks. They way overcharged and sent me several packages. I refused them all. I wasn't paying $49.85 for Coffee. No way. So, I tried taking care of this through my bank but they couldn't help because they had my personal information. I found this out 3 months later after their investigation. I got the correct phone number from my bank that they had used and called them. I got and instant refund. This must happen all the time because they didn't ask any questions.

So, the trick is to refuse the product as soon as you find out about the absurd charges and call them for a refund. I hope this helps some one because I have been going through hell because of this.
