Shopping Essential, This company has been debiting my checking account with out authorization

I noticed recurring charges on my bank statement and then realized that it was a company that was on a survey that I had filled out. The charges are random and until I sat down and looked over a couple of years statments I didn't really notice them. I don't do much shopping online, and I have never authorized this company to deduct these charges from our account.
