Only $100 of a deposit posted, causing two overdraft fees

BBT have deceived customers by only posting $100 of a deposit and posting the rest a day later. This resulted in 2 overdrafts on my account, costing me $70 in fees. When I complained, I got a long explanation, a minute-by-minute description of when a deposit is made and when I can expect it to clear. BBT wants you to remember the exact times of transactions, something they use a computer for! So much for customer service.
