President Intentional Fraud on taxpayers and franchisees

I was hired by Instant Tax Service (ITS) to teach their new tax preparers and to run the highest producing office in Arizona. I was not paid on time. I was not given payroll checks. Taxes were taken out of checks paid me but no payroll withholding were sent to IRS, social security, or Arizona Department of revenue (felony tax violation). Thus, five weeks into employment I was notifying all other employees that this was completely illegal.instant Tax District Manager for Development, Mr. Jerry Kelly (multiple law suits and closed businesses—nothing in his own name except unpaid liens and tax notices on public record)—then came to my home and threatened physical violence if I did not shut up. I called police and then filed fraud complaint on ITS with Attorney General of Arizona for fraud on taxpayers for extortion (not giving written costs or letting clients back out when exorbatant charges given taxpayers&the highest in nation) and fraud on employees and franchisees. Several other employees filed with labor department for failure to be paid and extortion. I was threatened by ITS counsel and private Arizona attorneys hired by Jerry Kelly and ITS. The attorney General weighed in and ITS closed all offices in Arizona by March 15 and employee still haven't been paid, franchisees lost most of their money paid for franchisee (they made no money during tax season when office closed), and the tax payers were ripped off with no follow up services. No security checks were run on the employees and many identities of ITS taxpayers in both 2007 and 2008 were stolen. I am suing in federal court for federal conspiracy to defraud RICO federal damages - I am a retired California Attorney and used to work for SEC so I have seen successful RICO cases before. ITS is a conspiracy to defraud run by the president "Fez" who is Nigerian and never took the CPA or EA exam&in other words the president knows nothing about doing taxes just riping off the public and franchisees with false promises and horrible unprofessional often totally fraudulant tax returns. - Please mail me if you have had bad experience with ITS. - Additionaly, the new 2008 tax bill requires licensing of all tax preparers as CPAs, Lawyers, EAs, state licensing by 2010 - the franchise advertisements and documents for running ITS franchisee are not warning franchisee that they will have to be licensed in two seasons&the literature on ITS web right now says "no prior tax experience or training neede, we will train you" &now that is a joke. Passing tax licensing is difficult usually requiring knowledge of junior senior college level accounting.
