We need to get together and start a class action suit against cash call inc

I would like to start by saying if you know an attorney or if you are an attorney that is not scared to take this company on, please step up.
I took out a loan with cash call for 2600.00 and yes I knew about the interest rates and of course I felt I will pay this off in no time and the intrest rate would not really effect me. However, things happend and I got behind by a month or two and the phone calls started and the harrasment started. I set up a payment plan with the company, because you do have options to catch up. But, in the meantime I was still receiving letters, phone calls and email about how I was late and accessing late fees. I called cash call to get them to explain to me how can this be when im on a payment plan. I was told it does not stop the fees accessing every month because according to contract im still behind untill I catch up. I will still access late fees and the letters, dont worry about them the letters generate automatically even if you are on a payment plan. Of course I asked to speak with her boss. I have asked for detail accounting on my account and I still have not received it. This company is a rip off and I hope enough consumers can get together and shut down this business so they cant hurt any one else.
There are so many comsumers out there that do not know what they are getting into with this company. All I can say is stay clear of them dont borrow from them.
Any attorney out there that wants to take this to court please please contact all these comsumers that need help to fight against this company.
