Fraud, bait and switch con-artist need a class action suit!

I must say, I am very disappointed in your company. I just realized that you raised my rates from the contractual amount of 7.9 FOR LIFE to 19.99%. So I
call in, and get the "We sent you a letter" speech. With an issue that is going to cost a company thousands of dollars by raising rates, that were "guaranteed" according to your own application, one would think that more then a 3rd class letter would be sent. How about a phone call or certified letter. Your rep tried to make every excuse he could, blaming me for destroying the letter, or throwing it away, etc. I assure you THAT did not happen.

Your own terms and conditions state "Your Variable Account Rate Index for any billing cycle will be chosen by us from among the Prime Rates published
in The Wall Street Journal's "Money Rates" section during the three (3) months prior to the month which contains that cycle's Billing Cycle Closing
Date, but will not be less than 6.00%. Any rate applicable to any component of your account, including any Default rate, will be applied throughout the
entire billing cycle which contains the effective date of that rate, and will apply to previous balances as well as new transactions and charges." The rate current rate is 5.00%.

Any respectable company would not operate in this fashion. Even on the website it states that the 7.99% is the current offer. This is wrong.
