And Company debt settlement, bankruptcy, get creditors off your back

In october I contacted this company. With promises of avoiding bankruptcy and leins on paychecks I researched and thought it was a good idea. The attorney i spoke to assured me that I would be out of this consumer debt in 3 years, creditors would stop calling me and stress would be handled by them. They took a list of my creditors asked all the pertinent finacial information and came up with taking 245 a month would make this all happen. 3 months went by and hadnt heard from them but creditors still called and bills kept piling up. I lost my home to a quick sale rather than forclose. I was supposedly served a notice from a creditor who wanted me to pay in full. Hess kenedy contacted me and said if i came up with an additional $900 they would be satisfied. It was quite obvious i didnt have it. I thought it would be taken care of by hess kenedy or i would hear more about it. I didnt until last month when the creditor HSbc froze my checking account. I contacted hess kennedy and they said that they have every right to take me to court and get a court order to put this restraining order on my account. Well a little notice would have been nice. Hes kennedy didnt tell me this could happen or i would have spoken to the creditor myself. They actually told me to change phone numbers and if i didnt know who was calling to not answer the phone. So i blame them for this in particular. I know that they are not responsible for my debt but they are in the way its been handled the past year. I asked what my next step is and they said they would release what funds i had built up and i could negotiate with hsbc with that. They sent me a check for $945. What i had accumulated minus there fee for what i dont know. Here is the kicker the check bounced i was useing my mother to pay my bill since i cant have a checking account thanks to hess kenedy and now they are hurting her credit also. Bounced check fees and a mark on her credit report. Wait there is more Hess kennedy sent me a notice today that they were unable to collect the 245 from my checking account and i would have to pay an additional 15 dollars because of that when the account is reinstated. I have claimed bankruptcy in 2001 and cant do it again till next year and dont know what to do next. I lost my home live in a apartment with 2 boys food bills have almost double in the past year i hope the ecomony takes a turn soon cause there will be alot of homeless people soon especially if companies like this are allowed to go on in this manner.
