Customer service... No less than a street thug

I got a call from Chrysler Financial this morning asking for my lease payment. I said I will pay that by the weekend as my finances are a little tight this month and the person on the other side (not sure if it's a he or she but goes by the last name stinnett) demands that I pay "NOW". It sounded like I was on a gun point. I told stinnett that I am paying a late fee and am just 10 days past due and per my understanding I have a few more days before chrysler financial can take an action.

She refused to listen to me. I then asked her if I can talk to her supervisor. She even refused to connect me to her manager. I then asked her if she can send me the portion in my contract, that I absolutely have to pay the balance right away and she even refused to that saying, you already have a copy of the contract that was given to you when you leased and that she wouldn't send me anything. It took me atleast three requests just to make her send me my contract.

My wife who was listening to this whole conversation on my speaker phone, was practically shivering out of anger, disgust or fright. Not sure what it is. Not sure if everybody who were delayed in their payment have to go through this pain but this is the second time someone was really rude to us from the same organization. Not sure if that's because of my foreign sounding last name or if that organization is filled with racist behavior.

I've seen a few more consumer complaintss on racism at chrysler financial. Anyway, I decided not to do anymore business with them and would strongly advise anybody and everybody, not to deal with street thugs and/or chrysler financial organization. The moment I get my contract, I would look into all of the fine clauses and fine prints and would decide if I should file a legal complaint on them.
