Slow service in handling disputes/correcting problems

I've had a merchant account together for approximately couple of years, this really is th efirst time i went underneath the restriction and from the period i captured it i transferred it to create it great again, but i still don't have use of my consideration to obtain anything out. It's been 2 business days plus they informed meon the telephone my remains must obvious after 1200 a. M but to no avail it's still secured in place and also the remains haven't been launched into my bill. Therefore inform me how silly am i to be there and thinking the bull? I'm really considering making them following this clutter adn likely to a credit union!!
