PennWest Home Loan Bank, A Div. Of Somerset Trust Co
Home Loan RipOff

Business & Finance

The following company promised me a loan under a fee of about approx $495.00, which included someone coming over for an appraisal. I filled out lon application paperwork and after I had paid all the fees required then a so called compliance officer rejected the original interest rate for a higher interest rate, which I could not afford. I have called several of their people over and over to get no response for a refund.

This company has a website under PennWest and I began the process through the website. I have worked on tryito get my money back for months and months to no avail. I have lost a big piece of my income over this and I believe it is a fraudulant company. I was also promised they would look into a lower interest rate than the higher one they had decided after the fact on the loan to refinance. I have seen one cosumer online through this fraud site who had dealings with them as well. Anyone know anything about this so called bank???
