Bill Pay rip off

I have been ripped off by National City also.

I also have used checkfree and Yahoo with no problems
I used National city bank bill pay for 6 months with no problems. Then one day i tried to get money out of the ATM. No funds available.
I know I just got paid and scheduled some bills. Should of been $20 available.

Went on line and gasped for breath!

My paycheck was auto deposited at 12:01, my bills were scheduled get paid that day.
Well, it seems the bank decided to send the bills out a DAY EARLY!

Thinking this was a simple error that I was charged over $300 in NSF fees because the bills werent suppost to be paid until the paycheck was deposited.

Then I got the bad news. It was correct. She stated they have the right, if they wish to pay your bills early.??
She then informed me to read the clause when i signed up.
Having spent 20 min searching the site, indeed it did state that?
What a great way to make money at the expense of the customer.

A year later after making sure I warn all, I find many many many people this has happened to.
A few who were unable to recover the loss.
And are no longer able to get checking accounts till they pay National City.

This shouldnt be legal.
And if it is, The LAW NEEDS CHANGED!
