Stole our savings 5k in a scam

Sabra Dobbs Met with my girl and i about building a corporate profile for our new business. She convinced us not to invest our own cash in the business but instead let her get us business credit and lines of credit. And that all this will happen in less than two weeks. She said she was so good at what she did that she charges $10,000 for her services but requires a 50% down payment to get started, and the other 50% will be due in 30 days after we received our first line of credit.

She filled out a form took our check and we have been trying to locate her ever since. She does not pick up our calls she cashed the check and would not respond to countless text messages. Please if some one can help us we would appreciate it. We have no more cash our business is dieing fast no cash no credit, and this thief is no where to be found. It has been three months
