They stole money from my bank account

They required $12.95 out-of my banking account twice in one single evening. I actually donot have a merchant account together, I went a credit history for my spouse after which the consideration was suppose to be terminated. I named twice and talked to 2 various ladies plus they would not answer my concerns and declined to return my income.
