A—hole! With no heart nor a care in the world for anyone besides himself!

I began working at Southwest Debt Services July and left without a notice to start at a much better company (corporate company) not a small business that wasn't going anywhere besides down hill. When it came down for me to receive my paycheck I was given a hand written check wrapped into a home made pay stub. Not from the actual payroll check company; I then knew that the couple of people that knew that I was leaving had indeed screwed me over by running and telling owner Bryon Clayton. Where I was then also screwed out of 3 days of work pay; as I'm sure he felt he didn't have to pay as this seems to be his way of thinking that this is how you do business and how you treat your employee's.

In July I have received word that he has really lost it now by not paying his currant employee's at that time and has lost his business due to not being able to keep employee's to stay long enough for his selfish a* to make enough money for probably his expensive rent for a space with in a building that he didn't belong in. Bryon Clayton needs to wake up and realize that he is not meant to run any type of business more or less own one nor should he be around any living human beings at that matter. The man has absolutely no conscious what so ever; as he'll take from anyones table to make sure he continues to live a certain life style for him self and the Clayton Family!

Bryon Clayton is completely out of his mind and seriously needs a reality check and if he smart after screwing with the wrong people he just might think about moving out of state! Because I can guarantee that if I ever here of this man owning any other kind of business I will be sure to spread his bad name around the this state.

Well there were a lot of dirty, scandalous things that went on with in this company I just warn anyone who walks into the path of Bryon Clayton... BEWARE!!! You just might get screwed out of lots of hard working money and time!!! Just like many of us who at one time worked at Southwest Debt Services.
