If anything really bad response time

I read everything and sent a personal check even though it took close to a month to clear my account. Although before it did clear David did say he would cash it and trade it for me as due to reasons beyond his control he was no longer opening accounts. However once the check cleared I did not here from him. I then checked this site and found his new email address I emailed him and got a response the next day but that was over a week ago I have been trying to find out what happened to my check and what happens to that money. I have asked if nothing has been done to be issued a full refund but what I fail to understand is if he is encouraging me to set up to forex accounts why do I need to send him any money other then the $95 for developing this progam. I thought this was the real deal and was very excited until my check cleared 1 email response in 2 weeks. I loved the idea of setting up myself as a Corporation and all the benefits but I guess I will have to wait and see. I do not believe David Ryan is a scammer but I really thing he needs to change his operations.
