Be wary of this man, Tom Brooks. He has taken "retainers" close to $50,000.00 for area businesses and has yet to close any of there loans. Claims to be a correspondant with many "inside connections" yet the companies he says he does business with don't lend in WI. He is not licensed to do loans or be a consultant. If you do business with this man be aware you may just be throwing you time and money out the window with his promises. He makes his money fast talking people not closing loans.
