Harassment over loan that no longer exists

We'd a 2005 Honda 500 funded through Local Approval. This automobile was exchanged at Top Toyota, Decatur Illinois, to get a 2008 Toyota Yaris. The brand new vehicle was funded through Local Approval. We're getting harassing telephone calls in regards to a late-payment about the previous vehicle. My spouse's cousin and our boy and child are also named. How on the planet may theyscrew this up. The brand new vehicle is funded through them. Not believe they'd have confirmed the previous vehicle was reduced before they released us a brand new mortgage on the agreement that had the previous motor finance info on it. What scares me is the fact that we shall need to offer them for that remaining mortgage. Has other people had issues with the corporation.
