Rip-off!

Sharon Cammarata phoned my company in Novemeber 2007 and said she would introduce us to her client database of 52,000 clients. She stated that her clients has specifically asked to be introduced to a tapestry retialer. The charge for this service was $1992.00. She offered a three month guarantee that we would be refunded if the relationship proved unbeneficial to our company.

We have special software that tells us where our customers come from and we did not receive one visitor let alone customer from www.d8idea.com. We asked for our money back.

After this we were fed lie after lie that the money was in the post, that is was going to be paid via paypal, that it would be paid in two weeks, etc, etc. It never materialised.

We maintain that we did not receive the service for which we paid and that this company is ripping people off.

I asked them to confirm which name they are trading under and it appears they use two names D8idea and Datecard USA. I'm not sure if they are incorporated as Sharon Cammarata refused to confirm this for us.
