Aka loan servicing ripoff incorrect lateness reporting "they dont care"

They received my mortgage payment in full prior to any 30 day period. The money was taken out of my account in full 2 months later they returned the money via wire transfer for some odd reason and said they never received it. I sent them copies of bank statements etc. Showing when they received the money and when they sent it back.

They just dont care. They reported to Credit Bureaus a 60 day lateness. It has been 5 months of letter sending etc. Still with no closure or corrections made.
