Fraudulent cheating banks

In oct. We opened a account with this bank for my partner who is disabled so i was listed as his rep payee because i'm his care provider on the account i was promised a 300.00 overdraft protection as must banks do as well an atm card that never worked after signing all the paper work which included my v.A. Benifits was ready to go then instructed to return because there was a problem after using checks given by renee dent i was told that i could not be his rep and that the checks were in valid and was charged for them then someone used my partners name to open a cataalog account which was not his and they debit 199.99 and said that that was our problem to retrieve it ourselves they kept on taking more and more by not paying on the checks until 2-3 weeks later j.B. Stacey mgr send the checks back stating that the account was nsf in order to collect fraudulent fees so i move to another bank and proceeded to report him to the california accountancy agency enforcement dept he the after he closed the account with out notice returned some of the checks that had already been paid so to keep faith with the merchants i do bussiness with paid double and even after a year my v.A. Benifits were still being honored at the bank that little bastard j.B. Stacy is crook with his bitch renee are no more than legal loan sharks thieves and need to be put out of bussiness so i'am contacting every entity i can to warn victims i'am going to sue them for fraud cheats they i plann to let the world know that they are a shady outfit and need to be put in jail our new banker said what they practice is illegal and to pursue the matter so i 'am
