Beta Finance Company And Direct Buy i gave the 750.00 for nothing

My husband and i thought we wanted to be a direct buy member. After giving them 750.00 and thinking on the way home we change our minds. We tried to cancel but was told we couldn't on the same day. So we have never used the membership or purchase anything from direct buy. We continue to get bills monthly and phone call saying we owe them more money. About 5000.00 is what they say we owe. They said it will be put on our Credit Report which is unfair because they got our 750.00 and we got nothing.
