Received and billed for unwanted and unordered product

I received the product within the email. Didn't purchase it or don't want it. Keep receiving expenses seeking cost for anything used to do not purchase. I eventually delivered them a notice requesting they stop giving me cost due or perhaps a backup of my initial purchase or item demand. We will notice what goes on moving forward.in the looks of additional grievances, they've been carrying this out to others. I'll also contact Better Business Office.
