Ripoff artists fraud

I received the same letter as many other people did. Mine was dated November 27. I thought how great it would be to get this card just in time for the holidays. Boy was I ever wrong. I feel so gullible now. I should have gone online before I wrote out that $49.00 check (for rush processing and delivery). However, I was smart enough to copy the letter and my check.

But this company has already sent my check through in less than a week. Is there any way we can contact the authorities in Florida about this? Seeing as how there aren't any phone numbers listed for this company on my letter. Why didn't I investigate this?
