Unauthorized charge

While filling out an online survey, I clicked on a link for a free credit score for scores supposedly from all three credit bureaus. I only got a score from one of the three. It was then, within a day or two, that these charges began to show up on my credit card statement. I called my credit card company. They told me I had to contact the company and ask them to stop putting these charges on my account and get a confirmation number stating so and to cancel any so called membership. The problem is I have no phone number or address. I tried Googleing the above company business name and came to this site by clicking one of the links that Googe had found.
