Ripoff ripoff business from hell Florida

I have been fighting a running battle with this company for more than three years to try to get them to get my monthly payments to two credit-card creditors on time, and the situation has only worsened.

Despite the fact that I make and have always made my payments to Gibson Trust on time, by money order and submitted by certified mail, they have not forwarded my payments to creditors since September. They are impossible to reach by telephone and have not lately returned any of my e-mail messages.

I have file folders full of records and correspondence with Gibson Trust trying to get them to live up to their contract commitment. They refused to do so. I am at rope's end and would be willing to participate in any class action against this rip-off company from hell.
