Illegal taking and access to my credit card

I have in the last two months 2 transfers of money from my credit card of 36.36, as the soldier in the previous comment/complaint has mentioned i have NEVER ALLOWED this access i don't even know what this company is... I am being ripped off in front of my eyes and there nothing i can do about it!!!
