Ripoff fraudulent business

Received credit card offer in mail. I am usually more street-wise, but its been a bad year. Sent $45.00 fee for card. 5000.00 promised. What a fool! It was two weeks ago, and of course I never received a card. I foolishly threw away the mailing info. I want my money back. Florida is known for sleazy scams, so I am ashamed of myself.

Help,
I work in human services, and don't make a lot of money, how dare somebody take what I worked hard to earn.
