Ripoff - can't believe all these complaints... I'M NOT ALONE consumer complaints Class Action?

I want to join a lawsuit to get this ripoff company! I have too many complaints to type or i would be here all day! At least my last online payment was returned because of incorrect address! But now i can't even get ahold of them by phone or website/email!

Please let me know if i can join a lawsuit!!
