New World Commercial Lender are a bunch of crooks, scam artists, deceptive, LIARS

I was employed by New World Commercial Lender for roughly a year and luckily I worked as a satellite employee and not in the office because that Company is full of scam artists. They live month to month on bills by collecting deposits from borrowers who do not know any better. They will stop at nothing to get a deal closed even if that means committing false representations. The CEO of the "Circus" is called Germano Carreira. He is a slimeball. The type of COWARD that will tell you exactly what you want to hear to your face. I have seen him do this to borrowers, employees, vendors, EVERYONE. He lies about everything. Even lying so much he starts believing his own lies.

They never paid us, nor their employees. Robbed us and never saw a penny. Because we are 1099 employees and they owe us a substantial amount we will never ever see this money and it is THEFT.

I am hoping for a rebuttal from these scam artists so I can completely bash them in a public forum and expose this so called LENDER that has no money. They aren't even a lender. At closing the documents state clearly who the REAL lender is and they are just a measily broker on the file. If you are a residential or commercial broker or in the business at all I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF NEW WORLD COMMERCIAL LENDER and all their tactics.

Get the CEO on the phone and ask him a bunch of complicated industry questions and you can hear him quiver on the phone. It's actually kind of funny.
