You don't need credit if your poor? Theres no such thing as "free" Schaumburg IL

So it's free, They still took all my information soc. Number, address sent me to another page where they proceeded to ask me about home loans i have out according to there records and other bank loans, and i have yet to use my credit so i want answers. Experian has no method of contact other than in writing, so some one could be out there using my credit but i am only able to write letters no e-mail no phone numbers? By law you are entitled to a annual report! They hung up on me a total of 4 times and 2 1/2 hours of attempting to speak with anyone that was willing to help in the smallest amount. BOO to the company that i thought was supposed to help Americans regain control of there financial LIVES!
