Ripoff by OCWEN & I thought I was the only one! & Los Angeles California

I thought I was alone in my trouble with OCWEN. I have had nothing but problems with them every single month for 2 years. They have tried to foreclose on me twice.

I seem to be charged a late fee if I am late or not. That amount changes continuly anywhere from $28.00 to over $200.00.

I have asked them to send me a detailed breakdown of all activity for my account for the last year. I am still waiting to see that.

I have charges on my statements that I no idea what they are for. What is misc. Susp. Supposed to be? Then there is misc. Expens., escrow late fees, expens. And so on. Seems to be a new one each month.

This was the home I grew up in. No way am I going to let them take it. My father passed away almost 2 yrs ago and the house went to me. Not free and clear because of a refinance on it, in steps Ocwen into my life.

I have been doing the best I can with it but employment has not been study and I have gotten behind and I don't understand how I can still be behind when all I do is send them just about every thing I make. They say I owe so I pay but never seem to get caught up with all the different things that they say I owe or need to pay.

They also have me with two different names that they send statements to. I have asked them about that and to correct it but still nothing.

I will never get this paid and my credit is so I couldn't go to another company to refinance now to get away from Ocwen.
